Return Conditions

• Product is damaged or defective

• Wrong product has been delivered

• Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video proof

Non-Returnable Cases

• Customer does not like the product

• Size or color does not meet expectations

• Product has been used or tampered with

After Return Approval

• A replacement or refund will be processed

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 working days
